IMMEDIATE OPENING: Fire Sprinkler Technician/Inspector
Salary: $32-$50/hour ($66,560-$104,000/year) depending on experience.
THE JOB
Responsibilities include inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings. Our ideal candidate will also have experience in testing/inspection of water-based fire sprinkler systems. Backflow prevention device testing and Massachusetts Journeyman Sprinkler license are preferred but not absolutely required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Inspect and test fire sprinkler systems for proper functioning.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fire sprinkler systems.
- Conduct inspections for safety.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 4 years of experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician.

Starting salary $95,680-$99,840 per year depending on experience.

- MA CC-48 Pre-engineered fixed systems: Certification to inspect, test, repair and install pre-engineered fire suppression systems in the state of Massachusetts
- MA CC-46 Portable Fire Extinguishers: Certification to inspect, test, repair/replace portable fire extinguishers in the state of Massachusetts
- MA CC-41 Self-Serve Facilities: Certification to inspect, test, repair, and install self-serve facilities fire suppression systems in the state of Massachusetts
